I bought it to take it on our 14 day cruise and it was worth it. I used it as a steamer while my husband used it as an iron. It didn't spray water all over the place like I've seen other steamers do or stained my clothes so I was veryyy happy. My husband was very impressed. I would say that it's not bulky or super heavy as it fitted just right in the luggage. The water container is small but big enough to steam 1 shirt or dress because you'll have to fill it up again but I had no problems doing that. It's worth the price.
