I looked for this as a gift for my brother and it is no longer in print. He taught himself to read at age 3 by first memorizing the book because it was short and my Dad always picked this book for reading time. (He passed away recently) My brother is freaky smart and read to me from this book so much he learned to read. He is now about to be a grandfather and I looked for any good copies that were used. All of them were over $50. This one was, however, brand new and still in the shrink wrap. The price was $3.99 and I do believe it is the most thoughtful and even better most inexpensive gift I have ever gotten someone. Gifts are my love language.
