We got this because we hate pulling the iron out every time we need to get wrinkles out of clothes. This was easy to assemble. The mini board is key to success because it allows the steam to really settle on the clothes. Changing settings is a breeze with the turn knob. This has been great!I wanted to like this steamer. It was more than I wanted to spend but the features are what originally sold me. However, the cons outweigh the pros. Once I put it together it seemed a bit clunky. Then as I tried to use it, I realized that the cord was soooo short that it simply didn't reach well. I used a different outlet and changed my room layout around the steamer. As I tried to pull the steamer into position (this is what my old Conair could do) I realized it didn't slide across my carpet as I had hoped it would. It slid when without water but once water was in it, it was awkward. For the price, the design is a bit wonky. I returned it and bought another Conair which was half the price.I have a busy life. I have to work, and I am always in a hurry not to arrive late. This garment steamer saves me so much time in the mornings before work that my life generally feels lighter. You may think ironing clothes is not something you do every day but for someone who has to use one almost every day (and the long hours it takes to fully iron clothes)is a savior. Its simple to use and effective. 100% worth the purchase.The cord is way too short, not worth the price. Like the used product.Nice but steamer holder is plastic and will break off. I may have to return because of this.It works well. It’s easy to set up. Like the versatility of being able to steam upright and iron flat on the board. Also, the steamer makes the unit very light weight and easy to move. Save a lot time and the garments look great!!Wish was easier to move and was great if had easy switch, this switch for me bit hard but otherwise great steamer
